Shipping Information

We ship orders from two locations to ensure the fastest and most cost-efficient delivery:

  • European Union: Orders are shipped directly from the Netherlands.
  • Rest of World: Orders are shipped from our fulfilment partner in China.

Worldwide friendly shipping: You will not have to pay any import tax or custom duties.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days.

Delivery Times

Estimated shipping times depend on your destination and chosen shipping method. Typical ranges:

  • EU: 2–7 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–12 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, or peak-season volume.

Tracking

Most orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your package ships.

If tracking is not available for your selected shipping method, it will be indicated at checkout.

Customs & Import Fees

Worldwide friendly shipping: You will not have to pay any import tax or custom duties.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Period

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging should be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return (e.g., digital products, opened card decks). This will always be stated on the product page.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our side (damaged, incorrect item), we cover the return cost.
  • For all other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.


Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we can resend it, but additional shipping costs may apply.
